If anyone is interested our service truck is for sale. If no one takes the kit it will be sold at auction in Orlando in February. 2008 Pete 335, Paccar (Cummins) 8.3L, seems I recall it's around 280ish hp, 6 speed Allison auto, 3.75 rear axle, a little over 91K miles. We've had the truck a little over 5 years, turbo and EGR have been replaced. This past summer the catalyst was replaced and DPF cleaned as well as all 6 injectors replaced. Truck is in excellent shape, cab interior is excellent. Equipped with in dash Kenwood/Garmin GPS unit.
Service body by Maintainer, 14,000 lb three section crane. Miller Bobcat 250 welder. Hydraulic driven compressor. Tool and parts cabinets/drawers already fitted, compartment to store Oxy/Acyt cylinders. 50 gal hydraulic storage tank, 100 gal waste oil storage tank, pneumatic grease pump, 30 gal pressurized water tank. Large and small diameter air hose reels, hose reel for hydraulic tank with dispensing meter, hose reel to fill and discharge waste oil tank, hose reel for grease pump, hose reel for water tank, hose reel for torch, cable reels for welder. Set up with booster plug at front bumper that will boost both 12 and 24 volt, booster cables included.
The only quirk the truck has is with the variable geometry turbo that also works as an exhaust brake, sometimes it gets a signal to work the exhaust brake even when the switch is turned off. It doesn't really affect the operation of the engine when driving, it's just annoying when you're trying to ease around on a jobsite and that exhaust brake is engaging when you let up on the throttle pedal and you don't even want the brake on at that time. The problem seems to come and go with no rhyme or reason and no shop has been able to figure out what's causing it to happen. Aside from that you don't have to do anything to the truck, simply load your tools and go to work. Asking $95,000. If you're interested contact Kevin 865-688-3133. I can provide more pics if needed.
