Swing cylinder pin removal from Case 580B/C problem

If the heat and jack didn't work, then when i worked for the Case dealer we would have to burn them out sometimes. Try to heat the pin red hot and try jack again. I always hated the swing cylinders, they always seemed to be a PITA, no matter when model even on M'series or any olde machines in...

    linkbelt/case CX350

I worked for a Case dealer we also sold Link belt. I really liked link belts. Their support was a little better than case. We also sold kobelco and I think LBX and case was just as good.

    Kobelco SK60 Stepping motor

Yeah sounds like main motor coil in it is getting weak when cold. If it hunts for position like that it's not getting to stopping point or the micro switch. Sounds like you will have it taken care of with the new stepping motor. If you need the process to get it adjusted right let me know and I...

    Kobelco SK60 Stepping motor

How is the linkage from the stepping motor to the injection pump? If there is play and slop in the linkage, it will cause issues. There could be an issue with the small micro switches in the stepping motor. Just my suggestions maybe it'll help.

LeTourneau-Westinghouse Model C Tournadozer with a v-plow and wing plowing

I work for a LeTourneau Forestry dealer. These machines are powerful and seem to last forever almost. We have machines that are older than I am and are still moving logs today. LeTourneau builds a hell of a machine.

Plugs and caps for hydrualic hoses

I've been hunting some DIN caps and plugs anyone got a good source? They are difficult to find around here being metric, but everything I work on uses metric fittings. Tired of not having any caps/plugs.

Flushing out a power shuttle drive unit

Power Shuttles are not hard to pull. I've pulled many while I worked at my local Case dealer. Sometimes it's cheaper to get a reman than to fix the one you have.

    Liebherr hyd issues.

Okay sounds good. It's actually a material handler but pretty much just an excavator. It's a r934b it got a log grapple on it instead of a bucket. I will see what I can come up with Thanks for help!

    580k 4x4 Phase 1 1987

For repairing leaks we would flush out tank and then pressurize the tank with air while being welded. I would make sure that nothing was stuck into the tank. The only thing in there may have been a screen in the neck. Usually they get tossed away. I would try to drain tank into clean bucket and...
