    Homebrew parts cleaner solvent.

    I had to start cleaning EGR coolers and valves on our Dodges so I purchased a ultrasonic cleaner for 500 bucks off ebay and filled it with straight purple power and it makes your parts look like new after couple 30 minute cycles!!!

    Number 10 in Nige parts diagram it is called a ring seal and the cut out must face the piston or it will bang like the nut is coming off.

    I had the same problem with one of my 345s that came from another job were they just resealed the cylinder when I pulled it apart I found number 10 on that parts sheet has some small notches in it and it was facing the wrong direction could not believe that little mix up would make such a big bang

    I have the pig shooter and it works great but you dont need to spend all that money. You could just buy the foam pigs from your local hose shop and shoot them through with your blow gun for just a few dollars and it cleans the lines out great.

    Nige you are very corect they are a pain to split without the new master links you need at least 2 guys to get it done. Also if you are running in rocky conditions they do not last as long as salt tracks they seem to break alot more.

    Sounds like your 3rd gear clutch pack is out. You can at least look up parts manual on JD website to get a look at what you might need.You will probably have to purchase a service manual from JD.
