    Hitachi EX200-3 problem

Turned out to be garbage chinese angle sensor that i used. Also a garbage pump solenoid too. Will never use chinese parts again too much headache. Even though the angle sensor and 1 solenoid cost 1250.00 from john deere. The machine runs like it should now. Also repaired some brittle and damaged...

    Hitachi EX200-3 problem

Yes i said it backwards 22 is pump control and 26 is dp sensor. I found the main culprit though. 1 of the pump solenoids was bad right out of the box. Swapped it with the good used 1 i had and problem went away. Now got to do some tracing to fix the dp sensor issue.

    Hitachi EX200-3 problem

Hey guys having an issue with an older Hitachi excavator. The machine went into major failure mode best i can figure after the Angle sensor shorted out. Hydraulics very very slow. Would build pressure like it should just pump output was minimum. While diagnosing the machine i also found a...

Yes that is correct. I also found out through the world wide web that cascade industrial dishwashing detergent still has 7% phosphate used. It has been repackaged as cascade professional "fryer boil out". Just trying to find a better way to do these cleanouts and save time. Plus this current one...

    Oil cooler cleanout

Hey guys. Have been working on several road tractors lately with Cummins ISM engines that have oil coolers leaking. Have been trying to figure out a better way to clean out the cooling systems after being contaminated with oil. It was my understanding that cascade automatic dishwasher detergent...

Is there alot of smoke coming out of the exaust when the engine is loading up?

CAT 426c Backhoe billowing white smoke oil in exhaust

Like mobiletech said.....those are really your three likely areas to check. If that much oil is getting into the cylinders and the engine is trying to run away my bet is on turbo seals also. But excessive crankcase pressure via a plugged vent tube can cause it too.

CAT 426c Backhoe billowing white smoke oil in exhaust

Also may want to check to see how much oil is actually in the crankcase. Could be way overfilled. Also check for restricted oil return line from turbo or oil in intake tract. Rule out the simple first.
