    Mitsubishi MX55 (or MX45)

I just tried visiting hanixeurope.com and the website appears to be gone. Hopefully they haven't gone out of business since I was in contact with them a few years ago.

    Mitsubishi MX55 (or MX45)

I believe the Mitsubishi MX45 is a re-badged Hanix S&B480. In my experience Hanix is very helpful in providing parts and service information for older machines. I emailed them asking for manuals for my Hanix S&B300 (identical to Mitsubishi MX35) and they provided pdfs of both the parts manual...

The most entertaining "school me"thread... My 1st piece of H.E. Two 80ton Hoes

Those pictures are from when he went to get the machines from the pit where he bought them. In the post he says they are old pictures. The skidder with the National crane boom was in the same pit.

The most entertaining "school me"thread... My 1st piece of H.E. Two 80ton Hoes

I'm pretty confident that's it. See the matching roof in this picture of the house: He's got the machine on the road edge looking back into the property in this photo. Note the powerlines overhead which can be seen in Google Maps. I can't believe I found it so easily. I just looked up Douglas...

    Kubota V1505-E Overheating. Head gasket?

I've got a Hanix mini excavator that was repowered with a Kubota V1505-E by the previous owner. It overheats when working at high idle. At low rpm it will quickly warm up to 71C from cold, then the thermostat opens and it slowly rises to around 82C (180F) and holds around there. When I increase...

1994 EX60 URG hydraulic issues works then practically stops

It could be the flex coupling between the engine and the hydraulic pump, or spun pump shaft splines. Spins under load, catches again at idle.

    Homemade Telescoping Jib

I only work on my own properties, so that's not a concern for me. These machines are a hobby, I'm not a contractor. I do have certs for the steel and ran FEA analysis on the design before building it for my own peace of mind, but I'm not a ticketed welder.
