Hey guys I'm having some issues with codes and an alarm comming on , I don't have much info on komatsu equiptment as for service manual , but I was able to recover these codes
DB36Kk , DKH1KB, DAQ6Kk, DKH1KX . These codes come up with the alarm , and this one is on all the time
Ca428 , I found that one to be water in fuel light. Anyone have a code list for the others ? Thanks in advance

I have aa service manual for s/n 67001 and up. It says:
DB36KK and DAQ6KK steering and trans controller sensor 24 V power supply (low voltage). My manual has these 2 codes together in the same box.
DKH1KB pitch angle sensor disconnection
DKH1KX I could not find this code but I'm assuming it is pitch angle sensor- input signal out of normal range. (hence the KX at the end of the code.
If you are wondering where the pitch angle sensor is located...... on my machine it is mounted on the right ROPS inside the right door panel. I'm assuming that is where most if not all of them are located. Hope this helps.

Ok awesome do you think that angle sensor code would trigger the alarm and limit power ? I also had to boost the machine batteries are not healthy in this machine . May explain the voltage codes .

Yes, I believe either of those codes would 'de-rate' the machine. A few months ago mine was throwing similar codes as yours is ( I can't remember exactly which codes they were). Mine would de-rate and try to turn the machine to the right even with the steering lever in the neutral position. Long story short I had to recalibrate the steering potentiometer. I was able to do this thru the monitor panel on the machine. IT took my a couple of tries but eventually it fixed my problem. As for boosting, I have had to jump start mine a few times and it hasn't affected anything to my knowledge. If it was me I think I would start looking at some of your connections that are related to the steering and trans lever. And the ones related to the pitch/ angle sensor. I try to eliminate the simple things first if I can.

Komatsu is known for the harness on the sensor side of the machine to rub thru and losing ground...f had many units come thru my shop with the exact issues ..repair harness and push on...15 plus years at Komatsu

When you say sensor side, what are you referring to? D85 giving these exact codes after machine got stuck deep on one side and had to be pulled out, hence leaning over…
