The Pepsi logo was actually on their 009. Will put some pictures up on that thread! How about the style Tack Logging was bringing to the job. Sun Visor, Spot Lights, and Train Horns. They were put on everything they ran! Most of the visors they fabricated themselves and sent off to be chromed. The top of the tube also carried the Tack Logo as well as a giant Pepsi logo( working on getting that photo up). Believe this was a self propelled M2A.
I am not sure if it ever logged again. Tacks had several yarders over the years. I don’t know what order they used them. They sold their equipment after one of the brothers passed away years ago. I have logged with Jimmy since I was in high school. He retired last year but still helps out if we get short handed. He is one of the most talented guys I know. Not a lot of that generation left. Just happy he took some of these photosDidn't that M2 get parked about 25 or 30 years ago and not run since?
