3cx gearbox problems

Hi, I have a 2003 JCB 3cx with 4 speed powershift gearbox that loses 1st and 2nd gear forward and reverse once warmed up, will be fine and working perfectly for first 5 minutes of loading then lose them completely. 3rd and 4th are always ok. If you let it sit for a bit they return and she works fine again for a few shuttles then nothing again.

Had a gearbox oil change and new filters but no change

Any ideas? thanks

When you say lose, what happens? If you shift into them, nothing happens? Noises? Any motion?
If you put up the outriggers and get the rear wheels off the ground, does 1/2 make them move at all?


Is powershift the old name for JCB synchroshuttle?

Electric shift on the shuttle lever, you get nothing, no movement at all in 1st and 2nd, if you lift the back up and play around with the shuttle it will come back and be fine for a few more forward and reverse shuttles and then no movement again. 3rd and 4th work every time
