Zf transmission computer for a case 621b

we lost a 621b to fire but did salvage some parts i still have the transmission control computer. its for the zf trans. its a late model 621b. part number is 242557A1. i did check the dealer and they want $2800 for new. unit was working when fire happpened. make me an offer
