Hi I have A yutoni MD140 same as A kabelco SK 120 it is a 1995 with an izusu engine and it dose not want to start right , when it starts it only idols no mater where the throdel lever is and it takes about 15 or 20 minutes then the idol control light will flash about 10 times and then it will run fine dose any one have any idea what is not letting it idol up right away it started this last year the colder it is the worse it is thanks Dave
