Yanmar Vio35 starting problem when hot

Hello,

I've '05 Yanmar with a persistent problem when trying to start the motor when the engine is hot. The engine starts but goes very slow and uneven and the whole motor shakes. Usually it evens out in 5-10 seconds and starts to run normally. Once it does the machine works fine. When the engine is cool it starts without issues.

Any ideas what could be the reason? I've replaced the fuel lift pump but that didn't help.

Thank you.

Have you done all the filters and water seperator for fuel? Low fuel pressure can cause weird things sometimes.

Yes, all filters have been replaced a year ago. I've had this problem since I got the machine 5 years ago. The former owner solved this issue by spraying cold spray to the thermo element on the injection pump. The engine model is 3tnv82a-xbva.
