Hi All,

Have a Yanmar VIO 55-6B with a vibration coming up through the cab when cold. After a while of operating it disappears. I did wonder if the drive coupling is starting to disintegrate but it doesn't make sense as to why it disappears. Machine has around 6000hrs on the clock. Could pump cavitation cause this? All hydraulic functions work fine.

Has anyone else had something similar?

TIA

Heavy oil in the system, causing stress to the coupler when cold? Just a WAG, I have no experience with them...;)
