What is Komatsu LT-2 Thread Tightener? Also G2-L1 grease?

Is the LT-2 locktite or anti-seize?

Any spec or substitutions on the grease?

Currentlly clearing some 50 acres for farmland.
Looks like Loctite # 2 thread locker and common gun grease. Spec is generally on tube.
