we are having an issue with our sonic sensors being to sensitive. i know there is a way to adjust them but im not sure how to go about and do it. just wondering if anyone knows how before i have to call our dealer.

What do you mean by being too sensitive? Are the conveyors and augers constantly kicking on/off? If that's the case, I'd make sure the sensors are clean and sensor brackets don't have any obstructions for the sensor sonic. See if one side acts up more than the other. If so, swap sensor locations and see if the problem continues.
