water pump help

Hey Guys, I am having trouble getting the number off of my water pump, case 580b 188 diesel, It starts with an A3 im pretty sure of that but, looking online all of the water pumps show 4 bolts, mine has 3. Has anyone come across this before? I am trying to get one ordered before tearing it down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

That will be A146584 I am also seeing a reman with number A48363 The mounting gasket is A38083 It is held on 3 studs with nut right? Unless someone has replaced studs with bolts but i"m pretty sure this is it. Good luck!
