Just bought an 2014 RD12 with 250 hours. Starts and runs great, however when I click the button on the lever for the vibrator, the dash light turns on but no vibration. Any ideas where to start guys ?

Wacker Neuson RD12 not vibrating...

Sorry.... it's a 2015 I guess. The paperwork said 2014. But the plate on the machine says '15.

Take a peek at this thread....https://www.heavyequipmentforums.co...on-rd11-vibratory-not-working.80568/.....make sure you check all fuses and solenoids too, I find that stuff tends to be an issue on those smaller wacker rollers
Check the fuses first as mentioned. If they are all good check the button on the joy stick. You. Can work the button out of the handle. Ive had several wackers where the connection at the button had come loose. They dont put alot of slack in the wire and utlize a push on connector. Check the continuity at the button. If you button is good and wires are good and of course fuses. Pop the front hood and check the solenoid. Thats what turns the flow on and off to vibratory pump. Also on a side not alot of times the pump is working but wacker uses a plastic couple to mount the pump to the eccentric inside the drum. Its fails from time to time and leads to a no vibration scenario.

i have a 19 rd 12 when vibrator active bogs engine down moves forward and back just fine any ideas what is causing problem?
