Volvo travel motor high speed

Have a EC160BLC and one of the travel motors locked up and sent brass and metal thru the hyd system. The other motor and swing motor were checked, resealed, and ok. The salvaged motor needed a new swash plate. Drained system, changed filters, and put back together. The high speed travel wasn’t working prior to the motor failure. Now the rebuilt travel motor is stuck in high speed travel. Unhooked the two speed line and it’s still stuck in high speed only. The new motor (aftermarket) works fine in low speed. It will work in high speed until switch to low and then it doesn’t go back to high. Main concern is the rebuilt motor stuck in high speed. Looking for suggestions if the problem is in the valve, motor, or where?

Thank you. Are there special instructions on how to check it?
Also, just checked the case drain ports and they are both draining properly. Drive motor place seemed to think may be something in a solenoid or bad connection somewhere?

Good day
The main point is to make sure the cylinder that controls high & low can drain to tank, it has happened that a small piece or seal or similar can work like a non-return valve this does not prevent pressure going in but can prevent low pressure going to tank.Be sure to change the case drain filter.
Funwithfuel as ever has given good advice.
Kind regards

Left and right motors share high/low signal as well as case drain. Did you remove and disassemble the turning joint. You could have debris obstructing return path.
Orifice is simple as remove, hose down with brake cleaner , blow clear and shine a light through it.
When you say turning joint are you referring to the center passage swivel?
