Ive been working on a Volvo L90G... having regen issues.
Discovered fault in the burner, bad burner module, bad spark plug control module... replaced those components.
After they were replaced it would start the regen process but would abort and say "temperature increase in DOC is not correct".
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should look into next to get this machine up and running.
Thank you!!

Did you replace the burner itself, not the little ignition device on top but the actual burner? It is fed fuel from the infamous "t"fitiing. On the burner is a stem that protrudes about an inch or so. Follow that steel line back to t fitting. Make sure it is not plugged. It will allow flow in direction of arrow only. It is a filtering check valve. It allows boost air in on one end and metered fuel from the other. Mixes in the valve to produce fuel vapor which is injected into burner to jack up DOC temps. Also verify the burner tube is not cracked inside.
What is the actual error code ?

Thank you for your reply!
This is what I get on tech tool, the only fault code I get on the machine is for heavy soot load. Soot load is 200%

As FWF asked did you replace the complete burner and module or just the module?
With that failure you either have a fuel supply issue to the burner, plugging of the hydrocarbon injector, or plugging or degradation of the DOC.

Also that is just an error message received from the cancelled regeneration attempt. You should have stored error codes that further explain the failure. There is also newer versions of software that if installed can give more detail to help diagnosis.
