Model/ serial, at least give us which generation. Straight, C,D H? If it's a straight through D look at your overflow valve. See if your building pressure.
All models, verify supply to lift pump.

See the spring between the throttle lever (lower) attached to the shut off lever (upper/short) that spring should not be there. In the cab, should be a black knob or a red t handle pulled out, push it in. Loosen the jamnut in the short lever and pull it all the way forward on the cable. Make sure that it is all the way forward and retighten the cable stop. Now, try and start it.

The lever at the top end of the coil spring . I would expect the spring should be pulling that top lever to the left .

I have fixed that problem but my battery cables are too weak to work now so not sure when I will be able to check it out again. Anybody got leads on how to connect everything video or pictures? Thanks
