I did get 24 volts on pin No.1 at auto/manual switch.
At RE3301 86 terminal I only have 8 volts. I believe one page u sent me named it pin 4. I traced the wire back to JA58 and check voltage coming out the vecu and had 13volts their.
One time yesterday I used the jumper wire from 87-30 and not only did it crank it ran with no error on display . I shut if off after a few minutes and tried again and it started but the ( no signal ECU ) came back.

From what information we have we suspect that you have a fault within the V-ECU, our suggestion is to contact the dealer he will have diagnostic tool to confirm our suspicions.
