Volvo EC160B Error Code

I've got an error code

187 PPID 1190 4

Operator says: "ex is broke down wont move nothing works i shut it off and tried to restart it and i have no power at all no lights no anything "



Now what?

That code is for power shift solenoid, usually open circuit but could be shorted to ground. This will not cause a no power or no start condition. It will cause the engine to bog down.
Have you tried switching it to manual mode and see if it will start and operate?

Begin check the batteries see what power you have and if the connections are good.
