Volvo eats failure

    Hello I have a 2014 volvo ec160dl vin#vcec160dp00220016 it won't regen had a blown fuse for the pdf replaced it but it goes halfway into regen then stops with a code paid 22-07

    The info posted by Uffex is exactly right, what it doesn't say , it's based on all sensors in good working order. Unfortunately, until you see the graph plotted out in techtool, you really don't know. Most often it will be one of 2 things. Either the burner will have developed a crack or the burner temp sensor has become lazy. If the computer doesn't see that each stage is reaching the desired temp, it assumes a fuel leak has occurred and aborts regeneration attempts. I know of no other alternative software to observe EATS values in operation.

    PSID22 FMI7 is not in the descriptions above. The code you have is logged after 5 failed attempts for the burner to start. This is usually not a sensor but one of a number of other things. You will really need Techtool to diagnose. That or a fat wallet to try replacing parts

    Do you have Volvo PTT program?
    There are some procedures in it how to address to aftertreatment diagnostics.

    What procedures are you looking for?
    The only thing that you can do without tech tool is test the wiring to your sensors and other electrical components.
