Torbo Oil Leak

I have a 2005 Cummins ISX engine in a Volvo VLN670 truck. Where the air actuator connects to the lever on the turbo it is leaking oil like no tomarrow. The turbo itself seems fine and the oil only leaks there at the connection point. I have heard that there is a rebuild kit for that and I was curious if any of you had had this done or know anything about it.

I also need to know what kind of money I am looking at for this.

Any answers and direction for me with this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
