Topcon RL-H4C slope setting???

Hey guys just bought this laser a month ago, it has slope on it but its manual. I'm new to this - my first personal laser. Used others before where I could type the slope into the laser. This one just has buttons to slope it either way. Does anyone know what slope I would be putting in each time I push the button? Any help on this would be great. Thanks ahead of time
