The full counterweight package on it and stick out the full stick 100% of each section, the pins lock and we cannot get it to unpin to allow it to scope back in. The computer is showing that everything is okay and we haven't lost the boom. It just won't unpin the first section to start bringing it in.

It's running the ECOS 5 system.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you not go to manual mode. Should be able to go into manual mode and do it all manually.

Better make dang sure everything is green when you do it. That boom cylinder ain't cheap.

Had similar problem with a GMK, there was some rubbish blocking the valve on the pin circuit. Even though the pins are still locked, it will try and pull the boom against the pins and then throw a time out code.
Not sure if the TMS has a tilting cab or house lock, but if it does, they run on the same circuit so may also cease working. In my limited experience, anyway.
