Looks like a farm woodlot. This area generally grew pine woodlots/ small forests later than other areas as the local bureaucrats and hill farm lobby tried to keep the large forestry companies out of the area.

Unfortunately a local company is selling everything, I remember my dad hauling logs in the 90’s for them and always liking there custom painted thunderbirds

I went down and looked at everything after the last load went out for the day and it’s always hard to remember just how big those shovels are
About 13-14 years ago we were buying some 1240 parts from them and my boss was trying to talk himself into buying a couple of those 1146’s from them.
