Atco that was changed before the other one went back up , That was the rigging used by the former op for that machine . It didn't take much to talk this op into swapping for longer rigging .

Taking down another tower crane , this time using a company crawler . 300 ton Manitowoc M250 . The reason for using a machine this big is the two stories of office space built from where the crane sits and tower is..The roof of which will a car drive and a green space

Thursday , Went to the river to move one .AC160 was loading manlifts on a barge so they can demo an old suspension bridge .

It was suppose to be dynamited but the outfit said the new one is to close so they will do a piece be piece tear down by using the the old blue prints in reverse .

One pic of the old and new side by side

Makes backing in a little odd with seeing the river moving in your mirrors

Try running a hoe on a barge, in 4 foot seas. Wild how that moving background messes w/ perception, ain't it?

clouds really screw with you while running a crane also, gives you the sensation that the crane may still be swinging. especially on a windy day with small broken cloud cover

haha especially if your kicked back in the seat on a nice warm sunny day waiting for your next pick and you start to doze off, and then bam! You wake up to clouds zipping past your tip! haha itll keep your eyes wide open for the rest of the day.
