Can you give me your opinion on the price and approx how much $ I will have to put in it. Will parts availability be a problem going into the future? Is this a good choice of lift me? I just want to use it for repairing and building buildings on my own land. Would you encourage me to be looking at a different make/model?

It looks to be a good unit from the picture .The nice things about the towable units you do need a tractor trailer or heavy duty roll off to move it .
