Put a new casappa #2 stage pump in still have no movement in the hydraulics flushed and cleaned and new filter and fluids had some flakes in from old pump . One day went to let the water out of the bucket got half way boomed up all stop. Did electrical check changer all relays and fuses. Frustrated

Not knowing squat about that machine, a few thing come to mind.
Is the hydraulic pump actually turning?
If not, the flywheel coupling is suspect.

If the pump is actually turning, then the pilot lockout solenoid or power source is suspect.

My information shows a piston pump for the 16 model, it most probably is for a later machine. Do you have a hydraulic schematic for your machine you can post?
