Terex L20 expansion tanks?

I have a terex loader model L20 I believe. On the right side of the machine by the rear tire are two tanks one smaller than the other. One tank goes to the brake valve and the other goes to the bucket control valve. My question is are these hydraulic expansion tanks, what is there puspose, and does anyone know where I can get a service manual for this machine?
