Terex 2006 HR16 drive troubles

Reverse works fine in both speeds. Forward seems to work at only one speed and very slow seems like left main drive lagging. is this the Main drive leaking past hydraulics, or mechanical inside main drive, or something hydraulic like preassure relief on left side.
