This position is located in Alpharetta, Ga.. Hydrema US is currently looking for a factory service rep to work out of our Alpharetta , Ga location supporting both the construction division and millitary division. Brief Job Description: The Technical Service Representatives are responsible for the interface between the Dealer Principal and Technical Service Departments. As Technical Service Representatives, they are responsible for Technical Training Courses, reporting technical issues and interfacing with customers Factory Service Rep. will interact with Product Support Personnel, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and the Dealer network.

Detailed Job Description:
• Evaluation and development of Dealership Technical Training Departments.
• Training of Dealership Technical Service Departments.
• Develop a high degree of product knowledge.
• Assisting Dealership with difficult technical issues.
• Assisting Marketing with Trade Shows and Equipment sales as required.
• Assisting with the development of Equipment Flat Rate Manuals.
• Communication of potential equipment issues to Product Support, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Work with dealers to evaluate warranty issues and approve warranty claims as required.
• Dispose of and report warranty items, parts not RGA’d back to the factory, as required.
• Assist Technical Writers with Technical Service Manuals and Technical Training Materials
• Weekly Reporting to National Service Manager

Other Requirments: Must have good writing skills. Ability to read, write and interpret technical procedures, engineering drawings, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and good organizational skills. Also, must have good communication skills, good product knowledge, and maintain a professional manner at all times. Must be able to handle difficult situations at all times. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
