Yeah you kinda want someone with at least 15 years experience in that role.Our company did this. Problem is, they put a kid with 2 years experience into the position. You can figure out how that is working out..... Last week, we just found out they put another one with , Im guessing, 4-5 years experience?? into the role of in-house technical trainer..........this should be interesting....
