tl12 track will not stay tight. where do i start

How long have you had the machine ? Id check the seal on the track tensioner. They get blown out sometimes especially if someone uses a pneumatic grease gun and over grease. It will blow out. There is not much to system its pretty basic.

Sometimes you can break a cable in the track. It appears tight until it you put it under tension and expands over a roller and detracts.
