    Hi guys,
My 2005 TB016 will start and then run fine for about 10 minutes before it then just dies on me and won’t start for another hour.
It’s had new fuel pump, new filters, fuel lines blown back through to tank, but still same problem.
I suspected possibly an overheating problem, due to it running up ok to temperature, but I get no overheating warnings and no steam.
Any suggestions or answers greatly appreciated

Thanks, I’ll check that in 24hr as just gone to work. It gets fuel ok though, so how does it interfere with the warm running?

Plugged 90 at fuel water can cause this issue it will slowly run out of fuel. Is it hard to start after it sits or does it start right up? If it has a solenoid activated fuel shutoff that activates to allow it to run the solenoid may be getting hot and failing depending on what engine is in there. Do you have model and serial of engine. When this happens you could try activating solenoid by hand to see if it restarts. Bad wire conections can do the same thing.

Thanks guys, finally got round to dismantling the water separator and blew it through.
The annoying thing is that the elbow actually came off last month when I tried replacing all the hoses, so I had to araldite it back on, but just never thought to look in it!
Obviously a crap right angle design.
She is up and running strong now, thanks to your expert knowledge and advice
