T190 with intermitant "no hyd.function and drive"

I have a late T190 ser. 531615995 with intermitant "no hyd.and drive"
when working code is none
when not working ACS light is on with codes:
32-04 ACS not comm. with bobcat controller
75-04 no comm.from drive controller
39-16 left joystick not connected
40-16 right joystick not connected
I have wiring schmatics and was doing pin-outs for powers and grounds and noticed voltage was a little high 15.1v
I unplugged alt. so now volts is about 12.2v but still "no hyd.and drive" and same codes
I changed the ACS controller a couple months ago for a "no drive" issue and put it back now to test but still
"no hyd.and drive" and same codes I now put back the new ACS controller.
It seems if it sits over night it will work for awhile.

@ 15.1v the controllers will shut everything down due to high battery voltage.

operating voltage is approx 9.0v -14.9.

sounds like you have a bad alternator :beatsme

Hey crewchief888 tell me if iam on the wrong track but if he disconnects the alternator for a couple minutes and see if that makes the machine work just thinking out loud?
