gday, im running 2 6t's, one having 3200 on the clock and the other 4000. both system one chain assemblies are failing quickly. rollers, segments, idlers etc etc are still @ 80-90%! any one else having issues? note, im running these machines on black soil, not abrasive at all.

known issue in the States, most are switching back to SALT or standard rail from this poor consideration for a design.

You should consider yourself lucky around here with a mix of ground conditions you'll get about 3000h from a S1 chain before they start to fail.

Convert to the old system and never look back.
Don't listen to the salesrep's that tell you the "new" generation chains is improved, they aren't.......

We are the exact same over here in Scotland we were lucky if we got 3500 hours out of a set of system one chains on the 6R's
