Swivel repair CAT 140 H

Hola muchachos

This swivel was kind of slow and leaking oil, so we took it out for changing seals. Took the hoses out (and marked them of course). In order to remove it, I used this rubber hammer and punched the bottom edges. Below you can see the dude

When removing the square bottom plate (the one with 4 bolts) you'll find 4 o-rings like the ones below

And looking housing you can see the inner seals

Top and bottom use both same seals as show in pic below

I noticed the white ones have two stripes. You can feel them with the fingers. The one at the bottom can´t be felt and that`s why oil was leaking
So we changed seals and went back to work fine
