Do not buy anything from Steven Chiu AKA Sylvian1975

He sells RC heavy equipment, Semi trucks etc. on EBAY.

I purchased 2 RC Heavy equipment models from Steven Chiu in the past two years with no issues. On August 1, 2020, I purchased Volvo A40G Articulated dump truck from Steven. It was stated delivery would be 8 to 10 weeks. OK, similar to previous orders. After 10 weeks, I asked how my order was going. Steven said their were "delays" at the factory. On Nov 4,2020, I followed up on the status of my order. Again, Steven stated there were "delays", and he would update me soon. That was the last time Steven answered any of my Emails. He is still selling the same model on EBAY now, but He has not delivered mine.
Stay away from this seller. EBAY will not block him, and is allowing him to continue to "sell" items. He is FRAUD!! We do not need vendors like this taking our hard earned cash.

I hope you used PayPal for the payment.
If you did they will resolve your problem.
They almost always go to bat for the buyer.
