The only people who would have access to that type of information would be either the previous owner, or the Cat dealer in the territory where the machine was operated from new. If you know where that was the only possibility would be to contact them and ask for the machine history.

SIS only contains technical information regarding a model, 777F in this case, not the detailed maintenenance history of an individual machine. In the case of JRP02105 it must have been sold into a territory somewhere that was cold because it was equipped with an optional jacket water heater.
