Simex PL100.25 planer attachment for skid steer

Anyone running one of these
I brought one to run on my Takeuchi TL 250 after owning a 600mm wide Simex planer for a number of years .

Problem being its not quite close to what the spec sheet says that it can do
Tilt 8 degree's each way ... only does 6 degree's
Does not completely zero out
Cut to 250mm as advertised ... only goes to 230mm
