Can you shut off emissions sensors or reprogram the ecu to think that the egr and doc are still in place after they have been deleted with the CNH EST tool?

Don't know for sure but with the way things are going I'd say 99% not likely. The manufacturers would open themselves up to HUGE liability with the EPA if anybody could simply just turn off the emission system with the OEM diagnostic software.
