This is the current job we are on for the FAA. There are two reefs that are exposed at the 2' tide level in the middle of the float plane facility. Ones about 80' X 220' the other's about 40' X 80'. They have to be removed to the -6' tide elevation to make sure float planes don't hit them. Someone saw a Stellar Eider which is on the endangered species list in the area one time so we can't drill and shoot it so we have to chip the whole thing off. The water is deep on each side of the reef so were windrowing it into deep water. Were supposed to stop a half mile from the job everytime we approach and check for Eiders with a spotting scope. If there anywhere to be seen we have to leave the area until their gone. If one shows up while we are working we have to cease operations at once and leave the area. We've been on the job about a month and I haven't seen one, course there wasn't a picture of what they look like in the set of plans I'm working off of.:thumbsup
