Robot Question

    I'm not a computer guru by any stretch of the imagination, but I believe that's the search engines doing their work, indexing what's here, so that it'll turn up when somebody goes looking.

    Yep. I just checked. If you click on the "Members Online Now" line, that's actually a link that'll take you to what each of those members is doing at that moment. Here's a sample of two that are on the list now:
    1. Robot: Bing
      Viewing thread JCB 525 Telehander - No foward drive, A moment ago
    2. 66.249.69.6
      Robot: Google
      Viewing thread 287b auxiliary hydraulics, A moment ago

    I think you are right digger.
    I clicked on a robot in the list that is named Majestic-12. It took me to a website. It had a lot of info explaining how they crawl a website and what they do with the information.
    Kinda interesting stuff. I had no idea that robots like that even existed.
