On a 855 with cast aluminum pan and external suction line those only needed a pin hole to aerate the oil enough it caused the jakes to not function
correctly and would drop psi 10 to 15.

This is so loose it does not even make noise like a pump while spinning.

Walked to my shop and made this just now. It isn't a minute, but responds as no guts. And yes, spun it up ONE Finger not holding housing.

Is a Cat Reman bought in January, has about 25 minutes +/- run time on it, never made more than 25psi. Just waiting for Tuesday as have day off to discuss shoulder with Doc(surgeon), then going to Fabick where was bought. Warranty will be in doubt. Calling them tomorrow.

Watching the video at the very last second it looks like the bolt head stops for a split second. Which tells me either the key broke or there
was never one installed.

What the hell man! Is anything easy anymore? Didn’t you replace the pump?
I had a C15 head that seized the cam after 60 seconds run time a few years back. Cam turned fine when I installed it but didn't have
enough oil clearance on front bearing. Cat covered it and finally admitted there was a problem with swelling the bearings on installation.

Well then the only item would be gear to shaft I would think. The drive gear and idler gear are roughly
3.5 inches long.
I guess be glad it's a brake saver pump.
