I'm going to replace the existing 10 speed (Rtlo14610b) in my truck with hey 13 speed(rto-12513) , can I use the same PTO on the 13-speed that is on the ten speed now

Left hand counter shafts have 47 tooth pto gear right hand counter shafts have 45 tooth pto gear.
Left hand counter shaft is the bottom shaft, right hand the top counter shaft. Count the teeth.

Bolt patterns are the same for pto mounting on either transmission and the pto drive gears are the same. But you could have answered your own question by counting the
teeth in each transmission.
