Yair . . . I am not at all into computers but, because I am a writer and they are easier to use than a typewriter I use them as a tool.

I can never understand why millions of people all around the world put up with this "scrolling" B/S when working on documents.

It is extremely difficult to proof read an A4 page and get every space, full stop and coma in the right place if you have to scroll.

I have my lap-top plugged into a monitor that can be used in landscape or portrait mode and I can view and edit an A4 page at 120%.

If you work with standard A4 documents you will be amazed at how much easier it is . . . even browsing HEF you get to see the whole page.

You would have to go to a specialised computer shop to get the rotatable monitors but they are not that expensive. . . and a darn sight less expensive than a big screen that would allow the same effect.

Cheers.
