Parking-brake lining repair or relining?

One of 4 parking brake shoe linings has failed in the removal (it was seized, 1991 DF-Dx-6.05 never opened in 32 years!)

This brake is virtually never used, one usually leaves the tractor in gear instead. I have a choice of having it relined or just re-gluing it. For a glue-job, what glue to use (no rivets)?

Better go with a relined, the old lining is probably contaminated, glue holding is doubtful. JMO
