Holy crap!! It’s just amazing that wasn’t a million times worse.
Yeah I did that back in my younger years, that's my set up at one time.View attachment 275004 View attachment 275005
I was counting 3 in the pictureNow there are 2 pieces of junk.
Most certainly WAS!, Herder overloaded his own ass!!!
It was, I got it for free, no loss only gain in the end since it became part of the scrap pile.Spud, looks like a converted camper frame trailer to me?
If you know your metal well in looking at it and knowing what is there, you can go to any trailer sales place take a look at the one you want and build your own by looking at their design.Any one that ever built a trailer that worked has some skills and was lucky. I have built several and was luck but i wish i know a good engineer i may have to build another before long.

Wow I would of ran from that one and not much scares me.What scares me somewhat is understanding corrosion weakening of frames and support structures, seeing some of the overly priced offerings as to used Semi Trailers. If use them for lighter loads OK, but to put into duty hauling to GVWR Specs could be inviting disaster.
Looked at this one, HOOWEE, I walked away shaking my head. CANNOT Weld Rust, this beast already had fish plates on fish plates. Was an almost duplicate in Red overpaint to this, was even worse similar price as had FRESH Repaint trying to hide the problems.
1999 Talbert 48ft drop deck closed tandem trailer - heavy equipment... (craigslist.org)
Was a Braden 30k hydraulic winch or bigger ran by a 10 HP diesel engine. More winch than rig to hold it, pull the rig and the tree attached to it once, shouldn't have sold it.Well, the winch on the neck looks pretty good.
that is word.Lesson learned, stay in your vehicle. If you get out of your vehicle, get off the road.
Stay in your car!
