Out riggers stuck down

Hi everyone
I've got a international 7600 with a hiab 335k4 boom and it came in the shop with the out riggers not holding they would leak down but no visible fluid so I pulled both cylinders and had them rebuild at a trusted local shop got them put back on and lifted the truck about a inch on both sides and let it set now they will not go back in the truck is stuck in the shop any help is appreciated

Many cylinders have some built in safety valves. Sounds like you need to be talking to your cylinder builder.
